11:00 until 12:30 lunch. Lunch served by Dave Wright and Brenda Smith. Always good!
1:00 pm Turkey shoot, balloons at 100 yards
The shoot is open to members, guests of members present and perspective members with a member sponsor. (Member sponsor needs to be there.)
Any rifle allowed by the club, scoped, not scoped, hand held or on bags, it doesn’t matter.
The shooting order is determined by random draw. You will call your shot, take the shot and claim whatever prize is assigned that location. If you should miss your shot or hit another balloon, the hunt is over. Once everyone has shot one time, a new drawing can be bought into if there are balloons left on the board. Prizes are valued at approximately $ 2.00 to $ 25.00.
And, a second challenge is planned, a 100 yard bulls eye shoot. A first and second prize is to be awarded. To level the playing field, guns with scopes and bullets will be provided. No bipods, no rests or bags, just you and the bench.
Cost: $10.00 for lunch and 1 shot at the turkey board. There will be 40-45 balloons with a prize attached to each balloon.
$ 5.00 for a second try at the Turkey Board.
$ 5.00 for the modified bulls eye shoot. 1st and 2nd will win a prize.
Guests will also pay the guest fee of $ 10.00
Ranges: The pistol range will be open.
The rifle range is open 9 am until 12:00 for turkey hunters to sight in. It will close at 12:30 to all. It will open again at approximately 3 pm for general use.
Hope to see you there!
